Crown Kids' Cake & Party Ideas
Crown Birthday Cake And Party Ideas
A Crown Party
A Crown themed birthday party is perfect for your little princess (or prince if you
just do it in blue). Crowns are a symbol of royalty and are usually bejewelled
with precious stones. You can have fun carrying the Crown theme through the
cake, party supplies, favors and activities. Any little prince or princess will love
this creative birthday party theme!
The Cake
You can make your homemade crown cake with a crown shaped pan or a
plain sheet cake decorated in shades of pink with a tiara used as a cake topper.
Cupcakes
Another fun idea is to make crown cupcakes. Just add
a little pink food coloring to your cupcake batter to
make pink cupcakes. Frost them in white and then
sprinkle them with pink or silver sugar. Use some
crown-shaped cupcake picks or jewel-shaped candy
as the final decoration.
Favors
Fill your favor boxes or bags with items like play
jewelry, shiny lip gloss, pretty hair clips, play nail
polish or tiaras.

You can even make your own tiara or crown using gumpaste. Cut out a simple tiara shape and use some small
fondant or cookie cutters to cut out shapes in the gumpaste. Then drape the tiara or crown over a large cylinder
and allow it to dry. Use some silver luster dust to make it shine.
Invites
You can either buy these really cool, pre-printed and personalized crown invites or make your own unique
princess crown party invitations. Simply buy some pink card stock and cut it into crown shapes. Write the party
details on the back of the crown and decorate the front with glitter and shiny stickers that look like jewels.
Decorations
Use streamers and balloons in pink, silver and white.
